Interactive Wizard

We have now introduced an interactive wizard which helps first-time users to understand the primary actions they need to perform in the platform to report and assign issues in the Bugasura Issue tracker.

These primary actions include:

Creating a Team
Inviting members to the Team
Create Project for the desired platform – Android/Android Mobile Web/iOS/iOS Mobile Web/Desktop Web
Create Issue – this can be a Bug, Task, or even a New Feature
Assign Issue to your team members

You can now quickly get started to report issues and bring them to closure as the Interactive Wizard has given you good guidance with detailed steps.

Enhancements in Jira

You are now given a choice on the type of attachments to be uploaded to Jira. With this improvement, you can either upload just the issue screenshot, flow screenshots, or even in the form of a gif.

Subscription Plans for Teams

Subscription is now team-based which makes team management much easier. When the owner of the team subscribes to the plan, all the team members would be able to access the features and use our product seamlessly.

Design changes in System Details Field

You can now easily add the device/system details in the Issue pop-up with all the fields aligned horizontally in a single line improving user experience.

Simpler Issue Editor

The overall UI and UX are improved in add issue pop making it easier for you to add and edit an issue.

Add Your Comments via Emails

You will still be able to add comments to issues even if you are not part of a team after the team owner approves of your comment. Similarly, when you are the owner, you will receive comments from other users with an option to either approve or reject. This makes communication exclusive and easy.

Welcome Banner

A welcome banner is shown on the new Sign up to the platform.

Bread Crumbs for Easy Navigation

You can now easily navigate to the previous pages via the breadcrumb as the page names are added in hyperlinks.

Inviting a new user

If an existing user invites a new user who is not registered, then the link which is provided in the email will take the new user to the login page directly and the new user has to set up the password.

Comment via Email

Users are now able to comment on an issue by replying to the issue email sent to them and that will be added under the particular issue.

Sign up

We have introduced two different pages where users can sign up directly knowing the difference between login and signup.
The User gets notified about the subscription plan immediately after sign up allowing the user to know about exciting features in Bugasura.

Creating and Renaming the Project

Now Existing users can also create new projects without providing the URL, the Owner and Admin can rename the project.

My Dashboard

Users can view the option of My issues and Updates even if they do not have any issues added so far. Reports are now known as Sprints and Flows as Features.
