We have now introduced an interactive wizard which helps first-time users to understand the primary actions they need to perform in the platform to report and assign issues in the Bugasura Issue tracker.
These primary actions include:
- Creating a Team
- Inviting members to the Team
- Create Project for the desired platform – Android/Android Mobile Web/iOS/iOS Mobile Web/Desktop Web
- Create Issue – this can be a Bug, Task, or even a New Feature
- Assign Issue to your team members

You will now be asked to create a team on signing up in order to test collaboratively with your Team. This ensures that all reports created by you using our product would be available to your Team Members upon accepting the team invite.
You will now be receiving a pop-up notification every time we release a new build to production. This ensures that you are never missing out on the latest changes.
You will now get notifications of the project management by integrating with Slack. The owner of the team can now integrate with general channels, private channels & also direct messages in Slack.
We have enhanced the whole add issue section experience. Users can now drag and drop multiple files in the attachments section. The overall UI and UX are improved in add issue popup so that users can add an issue with ease.
If an existing user invites a new user who is not registered, then the link which is provided in the email will take the new user to the login page directly and the new user has to set up the password.
Users are now able to comment on an issue by replying to the issue email sent to them and that will be added under the particular issue.
Issue status shows the percentage change as compared to yesterday. Analysis widget shows the graph between opened and closed issues per month.
Latest updates in the App and extension provides user an easy option to Assign the issue to the team or an individual from the Bug Report Page itself. User need not move to Bugasura web to Assign the issue as the option is now available within the App and the extension. You can invite a new email id and also cancel out the invites from the popup itself.
